Ferry Send provides a platform for purchasing and sending airtime, data bundles, paying utility and TV bills, and sending virtual gifts to recipients in supported countries.

Users may create an account to access additional features including transaction history and promotional offers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Ferry Send does not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Once a transaction has been successfully processed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. If you experience issues with a transaction, please contact our support team.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data to provide and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you.
